HR & Operations Manager
Title: HR & Operations Manager - - Female Preferred
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee a range of functions including human resources, administrative operations, monthly expense tracking, payroll processing, and basic financial operations. This role also involves coordination with the US team for invoicing, asset procurement, and employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding and offboarding.
Reports To: Director
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Handle end-to-end recruitment.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR SOPs.
Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and basic policy adherence.
Ensure timely and compliant payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.
Support HR audits and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage office administrative tasks including vendor management and general upkeep.
Order and track office assets and IT inventory.
Maintain documentation related to employee assets and ensure timely allocation/retrieval.
Finance & Operations:
Track monthly operational expenses and maintain bills on Zoho Books.
Overseeing Invoicing and Bookkeeping.
Manage reimbursements, Learning & Development, and vendor payments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR and operational roles.
Sound knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and HRMS tools.
Basic understanding of accounting and invoicing processes.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
