We’re looking for a Visual Designer who is passionate about storytelling through design, motion, and AI-enhanced creative workflows. You’ll take ownership of product animations, short-form videos, infographics, and marketing visuals that help prospects quickly grasp the power of Valorx.From concept to storyboard to final motion output — your work will fuel our product education, brand experience, and pipeline across channels like the website, SEO content, paid ads, social campaigns, and events (like Dreamforce).
This is a hands-on role for someone who can simplify product value visually, leverage AI tools to accelerate creative output, and ship polished, high-conversion creative at a pace that would be impossible with traditional workflows alone.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of product videos, animations, and short-form content for Valorx Fusion, Wave, and Express
- Develop storyboards and visual scripts for product use cases and translate them into engaging visual narratives — using AI-assisted ideation (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude for script drafts, AI storyboard generators) to accelerate the concept phase
- Create infographics, comparison visuals, customer story graphics, and product explainers — leveraging AI image generation (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E) for rapid concept exploration and asset creation
- Design assets for campaigns across web, SEO, LinkedIn, YouTube, paid media, and email
- Use AI video and motion tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, Luma, Sora) to rapidly prototype animations, generate B-roll, create product environment visuals, and produce motion content at higher velocity
- Own creative execution for event branding, booth visuals, and animated backdrops
- Maintain visual consistency, organize assets properly, and deliver work independently
- Integrate AI voiceover tools (ElevenLabs, PlayHT) into video production workflows for rapid narration prototyping and multilingual content
- Collaborate with product, content, and growth teams to align visuals to goals
- Take initiative to propose new formats, animation styles, AI-powered workflows, or visual approaches that improve speed, quality, or engagement
- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI creative tools to keep Valorx’s visual output ahead of the curve
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in motion design, product storytelling, or SaaS marketing design
- A portfolio with explainer videos, product animations, visual stories, or interactive content — bonus if it includes AI-generated or AI-assisted work with clear before/after process examples
- Strong grasp of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Working experience with AI design and video tools — e.g., Midjourney, Runway ML, Kling, Pika, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or similar. You don’t need to be an expert in all, but you should be actively using at least 2–3 AI tools in your workflow
- Experience converting complex product ideas into short, clear, visual formats
- Ability to use AI for speed without sacrificing craft — you know when AI output is “good enough” and when it needs human polish
- Self-starter mindset — you plan, storyboard, design, and animate with minimal hand-holding
- Strong understanding of design for digital performance: SEO pages, ads, video thumbnails, etc.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Salesforce or B2B enterprise software
- Bonus: Experience with AI-assisted prototyping in Figma (AI plugins, auto-layout generation) or prompt-to-video workflows
