Webflow Developer
This is a core Webflow ownership role at Valorx.
You will fully own the Valorx website—architecture, CMS, performance, animations, SEO, experimentation, and continuous improvement. This is not a support or execution-only role. You are accountable for outcomes, quality, and reliability.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong Webflow craft, marketing thinking, AI awareness, and a clear ownership mindset.
What You Own
End-to-end ownership of valorx.com
Webflow architecture, CMS structure, and standards
Site performance, SEO hygiene, and accessibility
Animations and interactions (Webflow + GSAP)
CRO, A/B testing, and experimentation
Documentation, SOPs, and best practices
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain production-grade website using Webflow
Translate Figma → Webflow with pixel accuracy and scalability
Architect CMS collections for blogs, case studies, product pages, and resources
Implement advanced animations and interactions using:
Webflow Interactions, GSAP
Ensure animations improve UX and conversion, not visual noise
Optimize pages for SEO, accessibility (ADA/WCAG), and performance
Implement and manage: Google Tag Manager (non-negotiable), Google Analytics (GA4), Microsoft Clarity
Support A/B testing, CRO, and experimentation
Implement localization for select languages
Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, content, and product teams
Proactively suggest UX, layout, interaction, and conversion improvements
Maintain documentation and educate teams on Webflow best practices
AI & Modern Web Expectations
Use AI tools to improve speed, quality, and decision-making
Understand how AI impacts SEO, search behavior, and web journeys
Experiment with AI-assisted workflows
Stay current with modern web and marketing trends

Essential Technical Skills
Advanced Webflow (CMS, architecture, scalability, custom content structures)
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (intermediate)
GSAP in production
Responsive design and browser behavior
SEO fundamentals and performance optimization
Manage on-page analytics, events, and tracking integrations
Deliver performance reports and insights to stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations
Accessibility best practices (ADA / WCAG)
