Technical Product Manager (Execution Focused)

Valorx, a leader in Salesforce SaaS innovation serving over 25 Fortune 500 companies, is seeking a Technical Product Manager who takes complete ownership of execution and delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys running clean sprint cycles, maintaining a healthy backlog, and delivering high-quality enterprise SaaS features in a fast-paced environment.
This role is execution-focused, with ownership of backlog management, sprint cycles, and delivery outcomes, while product strategy and long-term vision are centrally driven.
About You
You are a hands-on Product Manager with 3–5 years of experience delivering B2B SaaS products, ideally in enterprise or CRM-driven environments. You thrive in execution, enjoy working closely with engineering teams, and take pride in predictable, high-quality delivery.
You may not be a Salesforce expert yet — but you are comfortable working on CRM platforms, learning fast, and partnering deeply with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product backlog end-to-end, including prioritization, refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness
- Drive complete sprint cycles and delivery outcomes, ensuring clarity, predictability, and quality
- Translate business and customer requirements into clear, executable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA to unblock execution and ensure smooth releases
- Use delivery metrics, feature adoption signals, and customer feedback to continuously improve backlog quality and outcomes
- Support customer and internal feedback loops to ensure shipped features deliver real value
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across India, USA, Malaysia, and other regions
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management
- Experience working on B2B SaaS products for enterprise customers
- Experience with CRM-based platforms (Salesforce experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory)
- Strong execution mindset with accountability for delivery, quality, and sprint health
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with globally distributed teams
